PERFORMANCE TEAM AGREEMENT |
Who:
Dancers who meet the following requirements:
*Due to limited space, attendance at auditions does not automatically guarantee a position on Performance Team. Acceptance on the team is based on audition scores which will assess dancers on various skills (splits, leaps, switch leaps, toe touches, single/double turns, fouetté turns, etc.), musicality, choreography recall, sharpness, performance quality and maturity.
What:
Prime Technique's Performance Team is an audition based, non-competitive team that provides serious, committed dancers' additional performance opportunities in styles such as jazz, poms, lyrical and/or hip hop. Performance opportunities may include community service performances, parades, sporting events (Wave, Admirals, Milkmen, etc.), and non-competitive events at amusement parks or other locations. Dancers will have a minimum of 3 to 5 performance opportunities and will perform 1 to 2 production dances in our annual recital.
When:
Where:
Auditions and practices are held at Prime Technique Dance Academy. Performance opportunities will be at various locations, and parents are responsible for the transportation of their own dancers to and from performance events.
Why:

Upon registration you will be charged $75 (audition fee and initial team tuition). If your dancer does not join Performance Team, you will receive a $55 credit applied to your account. Final placements for Prime Technique's Performance Teams will be announced via email approximately 3-5 days after auditions. All placements are final!
