June Classes
Independence Day Parade Poms Clinics
The Independence Day Parade Poms Clinic includes:
That's a $120 value for only $42.50!!!
Attendance at all three practices and mandatory dress rehearsal on 7/1 from 5:45 to 6:30 pm as well as a yellow Fall 2023 PTDA recital shirt is required to participate in the parade. If your dancer needs a shirt, please register and email us at [email protected] by June 3rd with your dancers' shirt size and permission to process payment via card on file ($20 + 3.75% processing fee). Dancers should wear black bottoms (shorts or leggings), sturdy walking shoes and have long hair in a ponytail for the parade. Please send water, sturdy walking shoes and apply sunscreen, if necessary, prior to each Poms class as we will practice outside when weather permits.
Parents are welcome to drop off for dress rehearsal at 5:45 pm and then meet us at the studio again at 6:30 pm to walk with us during the parade (parents/family members must remain BEHIND the dancers at all times, and candy must be passed out at the curb -- no throwing). Otherwise, parents can drop off at the studio at 5:45 pm, find a spot to watch the parade and then pick up at the end of the parade route when we finish dancing.
Dancers 5 years of age and younger may walk with us in a yellow recital shirt or their recital costume, but a parent/guardian must remain with them at all times. If you plan to walk with us, please email us at [email protected] by June 3rd, so we can provide you with additional details.
